What would be a good pay scale for a content writer/ manager (marketing) with 7 years of experience? I live in Bangalore and currently I am at 14LPA but I see friends from other organisations who have 3-4 years of experience being paid significantly higher.

Would it be possible to use my H1B in infosys/JPMC in future.? I don't have new H1B extension docs with me. Can H1B employer be changed in india ? Infosys JPMorgan Chase
