Nothing. Everything that happened made me who I am. For context, I am in my mid to late 20s. I am very happy with what I have done and learned a great deal about myself. Consistently worked on my personal and career goals, went on dates / had a long LTR, and very comfortable with who I am and what I want to do.
Exercise regularly (plus maintaining a good posture when sitting on my desk all day and taking breaks), wear suncreen and expand my network
More playing the field, less long term relationships. Realistically I wasn’t going to marry anyone I met at that stage in my life anyhow (my own immaturity).

If I knew Covid would hit, I would have traveled more before hand

Taken extra classes or take semesters off or otherwise try to figure out how to stay in college a few years longer
As my career comes to an end I look back and realize that hanging out with friends that I’ll never see again is far more valuable than after-hours power point slides
Making more friends in college. Graduated 4 years ago and don't have anyone to hang out with. I think it would have made dating easier because I am in my late 20s and never been on a date.
Been on dating apps for the last 6-7 years and haven't gone on a single date
Get into therapy and get diagnosed way earlier.

My relationship with my ex should have only lasted a year but somehow it carried on to three. Im not sure I regret it though. I tend to bounce relationship to relationship so after that one ended 6 months later I fell for a girl who I had a crazy, short 4 months with. Then 2 weeks after that ended I met my current SO who I’ve been with for 3 years and plan on marrying. So maybe those first two bad relationships led me to this one? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Work less and travel more. Should have left McKinsey at 3 year mark instead of 5.
Adhere to my gut instinct more, take a bit more risk in decisions and opportunities, invest more, travel more
To not take myself so seriously and to take anti depressants and not waste 10 yrs of my life stuck in depression, low motivation and constantly second guessing myself. I could've been so much further along in life, so much happier.
I wish I would have started investing earlier.

Not have gotten married and saved me a divorce
Don't get any credit cards! And take a chance on the guy I'm currently dating (as we met in our 20s)
Credit cards only help unless you’re not paying them on-time. Good luck getting a mortgage with no credit history.
Spent more time living abroad before kids, mortgage, etc. made that harder to do for the foreseeable future
Less drugs, prioritized health, and should gave left that relationship earlier.
