Had another offer & already received their contract , now I don't want to say no to the other firm before I sign the contract with EY. Which I am being told will only be ready next week. So I have been on the bench now for 5 weeks and I am starting to get worried that it’s because I am doing something wrong. I am seeing other people staffed in projects but not me. I have spoken to my mentor about this but they keep saying they will staff me on the next one, they are just waiting for the client to give the green signal.
