I don’t suggest in current market you put resignation without one offer
Yeah, i understand. but here I’m not getting the kind of work I wanted in the data engineering field. It’s mostly repetitive tasks. However, I’ll also keep the current market situation in mind.
Given the current market situation and the absence of an offer, I strongly recommend holding onto your current position until you receive one. Your good work-life balance allows for continued job searching without undue pressure. In this situation, it's advisable to maintain a cautious approach and avoid taking unnecessary risks.
Upgrade/Upskill yourself in DE tech stack. And start applying for the other companies. Staying too long in the same org will hinder your future growth. Don't resign till you hold a offer in-hand. Good luck!!
