What’s an ideal role if you want design but also project manage projects that come in and establish timelines and assign designers to them? But still be a lead on designing things while managing work flows? Is it a creative project manager? I want to do half of each but also more so delegate the work to designers and give them feedback as much as I can. Is there a hybrid role for something like this that’s half and half? I also like planning campaigns and project from execution

One year today yay!

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?
