I’m an MS Management Student graduating in June 2023. I applied to over 40 positions within the Big 4/MBB and even with extensive networking, I haven’t heard back from any really. I have an offer from a pretty well-known but less prestigious Consulting Firm, but I’m wondering what my chances even are of going Big 4/MBB if I’m not a campus hire. For the first time in my life, I know what I’m supposed to do at my job, with relationships around me and it’s all because the enormous sense of anxiety I used to experience evaporated during quarantine. I didn’t know that I lived with so much anxiety that it crippled me. I didn’t know I needed this time to myself.
