I’ve worked both and I’d pick 4 10s. That extra day off really makes it all worthwhile
Four 10-hour days sounds good…so long as there are boundaries and your days off are true days off. If you end up being on conference calls or working from home on the fifth day…what is the point?
I would personally go with 4 tens. I’m already there, what's another couple hours? Especially for a whole day off. That being said, this day off in the middle of it sounds kind of odd. I don’t think it would be a dealbreaker, but still, something I would consider.
4 10s all day.
OK, having a Wednesday off is weird and I think that was gonna be what the dealbreaker would be for me because I’d rather work four days a week at 10 hours versus the traditional five days a week eight hour shifts but I’ve also seen companies go to four days a week And only eight or even nine hour shifts because it’s probably more productive
Nah I’m not doing it unless a Monday off option is there.
Either Monday or Friday off will work but with the flexibility to switch the day in case of a holiday. Since it’s hypothetical, I can wish!
