I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)

I don’t plan on returning to the office. My commute is too long (NYC) and I work across too many accounts. If everyone I’ll be working with on any given day won’t all be in person, then I might as well be one of the ones on Zoom. Much more efficient use of my time. That being said, I do miss seeing my colleagues.
3 days a week started this week. Two days set. Pick 3rd day. At least all agencies under the Havas U.S. network. Havas, Arnold, Republica, Annex, etc.
We are back in the office 2-3 days a week starting this week. It’s actually been nice seeing people and talking things through in person.
RTO is voluntary. I don’t think I’m going back to an office to send an email to someone 6-10Ft away from me.
