I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. I applied to an experienced consultant position at Bain and just heard back. Yesterday, I received an invite to a HireVue one-way interview to complete. Today, I received an invite for a coffee chat with a consultant. I’m of course going to do both, but the emails make it seem like they are almost two separate paths/disconnected processes. Can anybody offer some insight into each of these/the process?

For folks starting at BCG (experienced hires) in August, is there any indication as to what the first week(s) of orientation and training is like? I.e., remote vs in-person (if in-person, which city), etc.
My SO is convinced she can’t make our weekend plans due to these trainings ..
