I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

I’ve been approached my by company that one of our large clients (who im currently project managing for) is looking for a consultant of sorts, and if they hire us, I’d be the first person asked to take on this consultant role. This isn’t something my company typically offers and would greatly change the scope of my role. Has anyone ever taken on a role like this? I have 4 yrs of exp in Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, PLSQL, Unix and Autosys. I have been shortlisted for interview in Deloitte India. They are saying they will train me in cloud for 3 months and then I have to work in Deloitte for 12 months. In total there will be a bond for 15 months. Regarding designation I am not sure but most probably they will give me Consultant only. How much salary can I ask ? I am having an offer of 12 from Cognizant.
