I need one like to start chats. Appreciate your help
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

The bigger issue is that you did litigation at a small firm, not so much that you are coming from a small firm. It’s a lot harder to go in house with a litigation background in general, but at least at a big firm the cases are typically higher value and more complex.
In house roles don’t often accept external recruiters like firms do, but there are some recruiting firms that work with candidates for in house roles. You just need to make sure your resume ticks the boxes in the job descriptions and apply widely.

Honestly, I would try to get a referral. I hate to say it but it really is all about who you know.
