My company’s SOP template has a table of contents and a section at the top where the SOP owner is supposed to add a short statement containing the “Why” of the SOP, meaning a statement about what the SOP is supposed to solve for/ accomplish. Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?
