I'm unemployed and my lease is up soon and I have no idea what to do. I don't live near family and my dog has behavioral issues and I've never been so stressed before in my life.

I am a Senior Manager of Software Engineering and lead architect at a small company (was a startup with < 10 employees when I joined, now has > 50). I am the most senior technical person in the company (we don't have a CTO, I report to the COO), even though I only have 4.5 YOE. By God's grace I have been able to succeed in the role, but feel that I am underpaid and would like your input.

I left my job about a year ago to relocate, make sure it was the right decision and start a side business in the mean time. Now I’m actively looking for a new sales position, have tons of experience, but am struggling to even get a response from job apps. I am wondering if this is because of my employment gap? I don’t have my side business listed on my resume because I don’t feel like I have enough positive “stats” to report yet given it’s new. Any advice or recommendations?

I'm a young professional finishing my first year of my career. Last month I opened a brokerage account & invested $4000 in the stock market. I'm planning to invest at at least $2000/month every month now with the goal of creating a passive income stream. Do any of you have experience with a dividend growth strategy? After 7 years of actively managing my portfolio I have concluded that simple boring index funds are way to go. I did well in tech stocks but have some I'll times entries and exits which kinda took down profits. Do you still believe actively trading would produce better results. I have learned quite a lot in process but now I don't think I would be able to give same time when life gets busy with higher roles, kids etc. Anyone have been successful in managing their portfolios and beating indexes.

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

Sharks! I’m 33, currently working as a Java Architect (11.6 YOE, 40 LPA INR). I’m planning for retirement at my 40. Currently owning a house worth 1 Crore INR where I’ll be closing my home loan by this August. Please suggest diversified options of Investment for my retirement. I don’t have any investment till now (except the house) as I used my whole income to close off the Loan which I took in 2019.
