I had a second round(which was a final round as well) of an interview couple of days back. But yet to receive any feedback on it. Normally how much time hr team takes for a revert? Waiting makes me feel anxious.

Recently closed on a purchase between a land owner group and a NY based builder for 500 lots of of Florida.

We have similar buyers lined and looking for land owners leads.

I give my cell phone to all clients routinely. However, there are always 1 to 2 clients who abuse this and it seems as soon as their cases are over I find a new one and it is making me rethink. I hate to do this because 98% do not abuse it and I like being connected to my people. Thoughts??

How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. I am also responsible for sending out updates tracking new hires and upcoming leavers (aka I would be on this list if i decide to leave). If I am looking to leave my company, considering all of these things, how do I do it in the least awkward, most professional way possible? After clearing both of the technical rounds HR contacted over mail for expected ctc and other things.Can anyone tell if my expected ctc is higher then is there any chance they will not reply or delay the discussion or they will straight away deny?? I am waiting for the response from hr from past 7 days.
