I am appearing for final round of interview through ijp for America's Support assurance services- Project Manager which falls under AWS for Supervising Associate position.
Can someone throw more light of this job as in the WLB, work pressure etc.

Looking for advice:
My dept has 2 directors. One is so rude. The other ignores the issue. The previous HR director told me to report any issues because she was building a case (not appropriate info to share, I know). How does a person stay in this field and maintain a balanced/healthy life? Or is it even possible? I’m an average guy..average energy, average smarts, average interest in tax, but compared to peers, I’m great with people. I feel like this mix leaves me chronically burnt out in this field. I was a highly motivated person and like grinding if it allows me to enjoy my hobbies in slower times, but that type of balance is becoming nearly impossible to maintain. Cont.

Intl Tax folks, how long did it take before you were confident in your role? I've worked for the past 3 years in a practice that is heavily consulting based (inbound and outbound structuring) and I feel like I'm only just starting to understand the foundational concepts (where I can explain them clearly to clients) and offering a shred of value. Then I'll have calls where partners discuss complex tax, legal, treasury and other related concepts that all go over my head.. it becomes overwhelming

Has anyone ever done a rotation or taken on an internal role within Big 4, while also keeping some compliance clients? Random question, does your firm use VPN, a remote desktop (like rdp or citrix), or something else to work remotely?

I’m a little confused on the electric vehicle tax credit. I’m filling out Form 8936 and it appears to have a maximum credit of $2,500. However, I am reading that the maximum credit is $7,500 if your tax/AGI meet the criteria which it does in this case. What am I missing here? The form clearly shows $2,500 so where is the $7,500 coming from? Also, is there carryover to next year’s return if all of it isn’t use? Looks like maybe form 8834 if I’m reading it correctly?
