What’s the difference in the interview process for PE Ops roles versus Buy/Sell side?

Any fish recently exit successfully to the PgM role at Google? If yes, how long did it take you to hear back after the onsite interview good/bad news?

I’m currently interviewing with a company that has very mixed reviews on Glassdoor. Lots of people complain about the workload and low salaries. However, I’ve been through 3 rounds of interviews (Recruiter, Marketing Director & Senior BM) and they all seemed great! When I asked about the WLB they all said they personally have great WLB. I’m having a hard time deciding which one I should trust. Glassdoor or personal interactions? Do you have similar experience?

I'm a US citizen working at Accenture in Tokyo, wanting to move back to California. L11 now but should be L9 this year. Trying to plan my future move. Timing-wise, is it possible to transfer as L9 into an L7 position? If so I'd try transferring maybe 3 years into L9. If not I'd try transferring 1 year into L9.
