I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. I switched to my current organization a year ago.( My first switch) I didn't negotiate as I had 3 months notice period and my salary was too low. I thought I can switch again after a year as job market was goodr. But now I see very less opening and the market is getting back to where it was before.

Currently a Senior Consultant as Financial Advisor with a total of 5 years in D-USI.
