I switched to my current organization a year ago.( My first switch) I didn't negotiate as I had 3 months notice period and my salary was too low. I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago.
