Been with D for 8 months. This is my 2nd job in 2.5 years but thinking of jumping ship with all the lay-offs in my area. Will I be seen as a job hopper? Really like it here don’t want to be laid off.

My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. Hi All! I need some quick advice. Is it better to go for a MBA (over 17k in debt) or a ProSic certification? My company would cover the cert, but they don’t offer any tuition reimbursement, unfortunately… I want to be at the Director level in 5years, but I’ve heard I need a graduate degree to even be considered… I’ve considered leaving my current company just for better benefits/pay.
