What I would be excited about would be more understanding and help for employees who are caregivers for adults.
A lot of us are taking care of parents or other adults. The amount of physical, emotional, and financial strain this places is unbelievable. And it seems likely the number of adults (primarily women) doing this while also trying to work full time is going to grow.
Probably hiring practices, at my old company we started doing blind hiring where we didn't see name/info for anyone - literally just the work experience and it made a big difference in hiring

I would love to hear more about this. At what point was identifying information brought into consideration? Interviews?
I am hoping that companies stop being performative and actually begin to care about fostering a actual community rather than just trying to get the right amount of number. I am starting to see more pressure on them about this
I just read an article in this bowl that says that the brand Levis is going to start using AI to generate more diverse campaigns. It has me thinking about how companies will use AI to implement more diverse intiatives.
