Hi Fishes!! I have got an offer from Infosys for Gurgaon Location. Mostly everyone knows Infosys is not present in NCR location. Need some feedback! So I was forced to move jobs about 6 months ago due to reorg and the new leader opting to bring their existing EA with them, without even meeting me. If stayed at the company but accepted an offer for a job outside of the department I was in. I’ve now been asked by a manager from my old department to apply for a job they’re opening that would be a 2 step promotion. She thought she got my managers permission to approach me (see comments)

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds. I even asked the partner in person for work and he said he was slow and didn’t have anything for me.This month I’ve only billed 80 hrs. Its making me anxious because I don’t want to get fired for low hours but also I’m a first year so will they have some mercy on me? Lol

How many billable hours per week is considered at capacity? I’m getting pushback on boundaries I’m setting about additional matters and marketing work from my firm when I’ve been billing 60-75 hours per week for the last 6 weeks, and I’m still behind on my work. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable? Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? How do I divide the chores in this case? I’m the breadwinner - husband has been taking time off from work. No kids. Two dogs.

I feel like I do more chores because there are some things that I just can’t stand. Like dishes left in the sink, dirty floor, dirty dogs, laundry…etc. When I ask him to do those chores, he says he will do them later but he takes forever. So I do them instead. He does grocery shopping, yard work, some cooking. Is it unfair if I repeatedly ask him to do more? 😡😡
