Please advice better one for me to join considering perks and benefits and career growth. I know WLB is better at Wells.

In general it's gonna be hybrid at the least...they are definitely starting the push to come back in person, make no mistake. Will see how much in person it ends up being...
The responses above pretty much sum it up. No clear answers. Push to return to the office. It will probably all be service line and team dependent. I’d imagine the teams that were in the office all the time pre-COVID would assume some sort of hybrid approach. I’m in core tax and my teams have been asking us to come in since Q2. Some people caved due to pressure and came in for a few days for quarters
I feel we’re never going to get one. Now that everyone is (supposedly) back in their office area, they’re leaving it up to the teams to determine what works best for them.
