I am working in infosys at 8.5 lpa and holding an offer from JMI ( Jean Martin System) for investment banking analyst at 10 lpa. But I have heard some negative reviews about JMI regarding job security and growth. Can somebody provide insights or share any review on the same ? And also answer if the salary offered is okay for a fresher in these industry?

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. I finally was able to convince my principal that we need a consistent math intervention at the MS level (grades 5-8). (Right now, we are just "doing our own thing," which isn't helping students progress much.) Does anyone have any suggestions? It would be beneficial to have some sort of progress monitoring tool as part of the program, if possible. Our classes run roughly 55 minutes (which is too long for an intervention, in my humble opinion).
