What’s the top L5 band for a tier 2 city (e.g. Austin, Dallas) for a non-tech role. I already make $260k, and not sure if google would be able to beat that enough for it to make sense? Google

Currently I am working as a automation tester and have 4.3 yrs of exp in globant. But due to return to office, I resigned from globant. I have few offers from telus(permanent WFH), Zs associates (WFO), Hughes Systique(WFO).
The location is Delhi ncr. And CTC is also nearly same(20lpa).
