Modern problems require modern solutions.

I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
Can we take leaves while serving NP?

Got offered 15k recently… don’t listen to these people
Thank you!
You might actually have to pay the Company a bonus
You should always ask for one and negotiate. Close mouths don’t get fed
Depends on the service line to be completely honest.
You might have missed that wave of opportunity. I’d say you’d be lucky to get $5K.
It’s probably not much at this point. Maybe 5k max? Came on as a SM and received 40 k. But that was over a year ago.
Got 10k but this was 2 years ago
Zero to none

Great resignation is over
I got 15k in 2019. I pushed for more salary and when they said couldn’t go higher I pushed for more sign on (I think they initially offered 5). Anecdotal I know but worth pushing for, I’ve had 4 jobs and never signed anything without some bonus up front
I don't think there is such a thing as typical, as these responses suggest.
Dependent on service line and team. I got zero.
Got 10k as a senior
None
