Proto was one of the lowest performing agencies when I worked there. Oxygen was decent and I think it was second behind Seven in terms of revenue.
Unless you already work there (I’m guessing you do) avoid this place at all costs.
How long ago did you work there? Proto is now the largest and the second largest in revenue of all the affiliates and Oxygen is the smallest.
The vibe is everyone out for themselves to keep the money flowing in. There is nothing else. Now get back to work
I was on Solutions and Oxygen and honestly couldn’t really tell you the difference. They’re essentially the same- just split up to prevent client conflicts of interest. Oxygen had slightly better vibes bc it felt a little more like a mid-size agency, but Solutions probs has better revenue
I’ve worked across several including proto and oxygen. Proto is by far the most buttoned up with the strongest work hard play hard vibe. The people are nice on oxygen but the affiliate seems a little scattered from a process standpoint.
Also depends on your department, head of affiliates all run things just slightly different on each affiliate.
I found the proto team to be catty
During my time at oxygen the people were (for the most part) great, the processes not so much.
