I'm too much of a baby for anything like that! I did give haggis a try when I was in Scotland.
Scotsman here - best way to eat haggis - accompany with mashed potatoes and mashed rutabaga(turnip) - tatties and neeps - with lots of butter, salt and black pepper
Then pour a shot of whisky over the haggis

For me, fried locusts or grasshoppers in Mexico called chapulines. Then comes Philippines where I had balut- half fertilized duck egg with seasoning, which I puked soon after.
Calf brains - Romania. It was a welcome dish offered to our group, apparently a delicacy.
