What’s wrong with Accenture HR’s? 1st they won’t respond on calls and emails. 2nd, even when they call they won’t talk clearly and disconnects the call.
Is this only HR’s or whole Management is like this only?? Will it be wise to join Accenture?

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..
