Got an interview request from Amazon for Sr. Digital Marketing Manager. I have been interviewed by and worked for multiple big names like Mcafee, Meta, Microsoft but never by Amazon. I’m wondering how’s their hiring process, what kind of questions and tasks are waiting for me, how many steps are there etc.

May I know how WLB in this company, I see in glassdoor and ambitions contains positive and negative. Is it worth to join? Is it useful for me to enhance my career for long run? No project dude bench time will be more say even it can go till a year
In the same month, I had an interview where I was informed that I cleared the first round, and the managerial round was scheduled for the next day. However, I later received an email saying that the second round had been cancelled, and after that, the company completely stopped responding.
A few days later, they contacted me again and said a fresh interview would be conducted because the panel was from outside. I attended that interview as well, and it went well. But after that, they stopped responding again and ghosted me for the second time.
It’s good that you haven’t got the offer. Don’t join this company. If you join, you’ll regret later for not listening to us
Which companies v can target? Can you please suggest?

If you have a offer from CitiusTech. Make sure that you're hired for a project and not bench. Else you will repent your decision and live under the pressure and fear of getting laid off.
Avoid getting inteviewed at citiustech . They fire people without a second thought.
