How you guys are surving in EY. Its been 9 months no peace of mind. Counselors and SA are shouting at me, working with deadlines. I'm done with EY.

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.
