The university in town here does a pre-St Patrick's Day party day, and the ambulances start coming in by 9 AM-ish because the kids start the second they wake up. It's awful and all so preventable. Not to mention people who are having emergencies of their own have to wait longer because binge drinking is still cool.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup.
