Well, I'm barely starting out so my main priority right now is to learn as much as I can and get used to everything, but I think one day I would like to get some sort of specialty, most likely so I can work as an Anesthetist. I think that'd be nice. How about you?

That’s a good plan !!! Me idk I’m currently in case management and I’m thinking maybe management/leadership I do love my job
I'm content with where I am right now. In ten years, I would like to be at least the director of my department. I don't know when I will start to feel like working toward that goal but I am basking in what feels peaceful to me right now.
Just started a new job in August. Very happy and have zero plans for change.
I am a registered nurse now and have been for three years. Ultimately, I would like to move up and become a certified APRN in the next 10 years.
I definitely have plans to move up. I finally graduate in June however my confidence is in the area of the salaries I am seeing being offered.
