Lol did no one listen to the CDP PA call Friday? If you are a C&M, decisions are being vetted against budgetary allowances. No decisions have been made yet and no communication has been sent out, you'll find out by 6/1
Just to level set expectations, please understand that mid-year is not a full promotion cycle. It is an appeal/exception proccess for selected borderline cases only. If your CC didn't explicitly tell you that you were being considered, you weren't being considered.
A10, seriously kiddo, relax. I didn't give away false information, just said that of OP hasn't heard by now, then it probably didn't happen. He isn't asking HR or CC, OP is asking FB. I'm not telling anyone something untrue. OP didn't provide level or DTE when. I asked, otherwise I would have given a more specific answer. Don't start a battle where none is required.
In North America for C&M and CD&O, not until November.
They are already out
I got midyear 2 years ago. Didn't get informed until a week after it was in effect. Back then it was a 4/1 effective date, I got informed on ~4/7 that it was retroactive for that pay period.
My project explicitly told me I was being submitted for it.
I think they're fairly common for A11 to sa10
So over it 🙃🙃
Mid-year?
If you haven't heard anything, you didn't get promoted.
Mid year would have been known in mid to late April. Not happening if you didn't hear.
You should already know. If you haven't heard, you didn't get it
SM here... Been with firm 7years. Your CC would have told you by now. You. Didn't. Get. It.
A6- what if your cc told you that you were approved for promotion but just waiting on budget?
A6, stop being a dick/troll. Accenture sucks at getting promotion decisions out on time, and in my experience, mid year decisions aren't communicated until very close to the effective date. Sounds like there was a formal communication that decisions aren't out yet. SMs like you give the rest of leadership such a bad rep.
Making up shit that's not true to set low expectations? Thank god you're not my SM 🙄
Mid year actually is a common thing for analysts to sr analysts with the new career progression model, but I actually try to keep up to date on those changes in the organization so I can make sure that my team members are done right by.
🙄
Sure. Totally get that one should earn there place. But for me to have to wait 22 months for a promo to SA and a salary increase is garbage. My CC and engagement leadership all have "told me" that I'm performing above blah blah. If there is no promo for me on June 1. Then that just means it's all garbage. I have no issue with working hard, I do have an issue with misinformation and being dicked over. Life is too short to be undervalued .... then again, what else should I expect from a firm of 400k people. Just as I can be replaced in the drop of a hat, I can replace them
Other firms as well. For sure. That's the nature of the business. It works. Just not for us
