I’ve been having a super hard time concepting lately, especially knowing that the “concept” will mostly serve as a sticker to slap on the cover of a CVA and the top of a website. My office is doing an eventual RTO office, but most of my team is in another state, so not really seeing the point of going. Anyway to convince them that I shouldn’t be expected to go back in if I’m on of the couple people in a different state office?

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.
