When one makes a move from big4 in India to any big4 in UK (United Kingdom), do they usually join at a level below their previous designation? And how easy is it to get a job in UK in big4.

My spouse has got an offer from UK and we are planning to shift in next 3-4 months. Currently I work as Senior manager with PwC and was wondering would I get a manager role or Senior manger role if I start applying for jobs in UK. My total experience is 12years in business consulting.

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

Did i do the right thing?
