Yes promotion will be communicated either May end or June 1st week. But the list your RL share will not be final. Currently preliminary CRT rounds are going. Your RL has to justify it to the Leadership and the People team. Post that it’s done.

Nope. That’s wrong. Snapshots has to be completed by 30th April. CRT has started but it’s an initial one. Where we are collecting the data. There will be some more session till the final leadership signs of . Raise your snapshot. See if your eligible for the promotion. Remember we have peer group movement like A3, SA3 etc. Good Luck.

I am holding 3 offers-
Accenture - 13 Fixed + 3.5 var(3.9 joining bonus)
Infy - 15.7 Fixed + 2.8 var(1.25 joining bonus)
CTS - 20 Fixed + 0.7 var(1 joining bonus)

I am happy to join CTS but very much worried about the attrition rate of cognizant recently.

Note - The first offer in the process was from Accenture and they are ready to offer 18 LPA Fixed + 3.5 Var after Revision
