When working on disclosure process on sellside, how do you keep warrantors focused on the amendments made to warranties?
I usually have a disclosure table, but when you try and put redline (not track) text in a word document table, the document becomes super laggy and basically unusable. Any tips?

Curious as to how many deals at once is typical for a first year associate to take on (M&A, mostly private equity clients). Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30.
