When you are looking up salary information, what are your go to methods of doing research. I usually only google the role and look at Glassdoor but is there any other good sites to take a look at generally to do research? I just want to be thorough with my due diligence. Anything helps tremendously!

Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

I like the location of Deloitte/EY more but the Accenture job seems more fun (actual consulting vs more IT audit). But, Accenture is not in the city I want.

Is this worth jumping over for? Tips on negotiating higher? For reference, manager level at my firm pays 95k base and if I stay, that would take 3-4 years for promo. Thanks for any advice!

Interviewed for Deloitte S&A Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got a much higher offer for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but need time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.
