Good morning, hope everyone is having a great week! Does anyone have any advice on breaking into an analyst role? I am currently a Senior Customer Success Manager, with a background in Operations/Process and Project Management as well. I have always enjoyed the analysis pieces of my roles and would love to expand my skills to show how qualified for a position in data analytics. Thank you in advance for the help!

Has anyone else’s Corp cut services to G/T because of the pandemic? Mine has, and I am absolutely heartbroken for the kids. They need services now more than ever. However they keep hiring SpEd positions and offering more services for SoEd students because they say the need is greater. How can the needs for one end of the spectrum be greater than the other? Without laws, what can we do to ensure gifted students get the education they need and deserve? Suggestions?

Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? The acquisition was public so they can see Im no longer employed with the most recent work history on my resume
