Where can a design manager pull over 200k base comp?

I work for a multi- stage life care community. I believe my job is important. But my employer doesn't. I want to make more, but there is nowhere to go from this position. The only advantage is that im the only one who understands the Inventory and order system. Im looking for another job but Im not finding much success. What can I do?

Guys in salary discussion hr told that they can give 18.5 lpa for 5.8 yrs. I requested for 20 lpa. Hr told she will ask for approval and revert, and also asked if I am open for a little less. I said yes. Is been 3 days. Can I expect a reply or am I ghosted?

For fundamental research/investing roles in equities, fixed income (full spectrum of IG, HY, loans/CLO), or alternatives (infrastructure, energy/renewable power, real estate etc) — what is good total comp for 3 YOE, no MBA, HCOL area?

Currently negotiating compensation GC role for a real estate developer based on NYC. They have about $500MM is AUM including new hotel in Times Square, a 10-story B-office building in Chelsea and condominium project still hinder construction in TriBeCa. Anyone have any thoughts on compensation targets?

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

Curious what other underwriters are being paid. We have had a good amount of turn over lately where people are getting 20K plus more, but the people we are hiring to fill those spots are saying we pay “way” more than their previous role. Seems there is a big gap.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?

I have about 5years of work ex. Although i didn't start in product domain, I later on switched to it.
I have a standing offer of ~23LPA- all fix (jump from 17.3). This is an absolute WFH role. I think i low balled myself by at least 20%.

That been said, I have couple of more prospects lined up, which are about to make me an offer. These roles are based out of Bangalore.

Given that I already have an offer of 23lpa. How much should I ask for from the next company?

New to tech consulting <1year and got a job offer from a client. Would be a significant increase in pay (50-100% more) but working with the client has been a disaster and isn’t something I want to do long term. What is standard procedure here? Do I talk to my manager? I don’t want to make it seem like I’m trying to leverage a raise, but I also really want to take on more responsibility and move into pm roles within the company since that is what I’m best at and been doing (and am not payed for)

The employer said I will be paid weekly but now after my first week, he said that they have to skip a week to align with the payroll.

And that he will be paying me from his personal account till they set up everything as a new business in the country.
