I am a loan officer in consumer lending, so finance auto loans, credit cards, HELOCs and personal loans for a top credit union.
I handle close to a 100 applications a month, fund around 5 million, there is a sales aspect and I speak to the members so customer service. Now, I truly want to be at a big name like Discover or Amex but don’t see anything like my role there. I make 6 figures , and NMLS for reference. Any advice on how to continue growing?

MBB SA (175K TC) and FANG Financial Analyst (220K TC). I’ve wanted to work for MBB for 4 years, but I’m about to head to get an MBA.
