Where do you work and how much maternity leave did you get? I’m at OHG and turns out their mat leave is just NY leave 12 weeks and your own vacation days (not even full year but just what you esquired so far for me 6 month) They told me their options to have more time or more pay I told them I would rather take the time then pay.. still got only 12 weeks plus my vacation days.. I’m sad have to go back tomorrow….

I feel like we're affected more than anyone else (except maybe history teachers) by the censorship and critical theory debate. Hi everyone! I am working with my HR to improve our maternity/paternity leave policy. Currently I only get 2 weeks fully paid and then an additional 8-12 weeks at 60% pay (short term disability). What would happen if I left my current company, started at a new one, and got pregnant before 12 months of service with the new company? For reference, I know new company requires 12 months for FMLA, and STD is 3 months.

If I’m not eligible for FMLA, what would that leave situation look like? Not currently pregnant but husband and I are wanting to start trying soon, just don’t want to be in a situation where I can’t take maternity leave. TIA!
