Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Bain & Company Hi all, I am interested in making the move to the Middle East, however starting from august/September. What do you think are the prospects for the future in the region? Do you envisage a hiring freeze or are companies still going strong? Thanks!McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group Kearney Bain & Company

I lived in Charlestown 24-29 and really liked it. More young families and a bit more relaxed vibe, but able to take a quick walk across the bridge and enjoy all the north end restaurants
Southie is more 22-25 than other areas but it also has loads of 26-30. If you don’t mind the price then Back Bay and the South End (ink block) are very good, Brookline has tons of charm and generally is in the 26-35 range. Charlestown also has charm but is generally young families and a bit quieter than Brookline; depends what you want!

Young professionals? Assuming you work in the city, here is the hack to renting in downtown Boston: 1.) scrub Zillow listings across Chinatown, South Boston, South End, Beacon Hill, Back Bay, and the Fenway area. Dwindle the searches down to crappy studio apts that are in those areas for less than or equal to $2k/mo. Then try to work your way up and get a promotion. You’ll be able to grind at work and still will be closeby enough to everything and everyone where you can take a quick train ride to meet people. At least that’s one strategy.
Thank you!! I’m also curious where late 20s hang out. I was here this weekend and city was deserted, is it because of Memorial Day weekend? Or is there a neighborhood where many 25-30yos hang out. Thanks guys! Nervous for the move haha.
Yes the city becomes a ghost town for mem day, most people head to the cape, Maine, or other vaca spot

I lived in the South End 25-32 before moving out of the city. Was a nice neighborhood and easy enough to walk to work.
What about north end? I’ve been in Charlestown for a few different phases of life and it’s been great.
I’m surprised no one has said Seaport yet. I feel like Seaport is all young professionals.
I don't personally live in/around the Boston area, but I have a few friends that live in the area. I'd agree with others that Southie seems to be a popular spot, although one of my friends has been living in Dorchester for a while and he seems to like it. At the end of the day, as long as you find a place that YOU like and can afford, then it would be worth living there.
