Where’s a good place to look at the best brand design/visual graphic design portfolio examples? I really feel like I need to update my portfolio and really elevate it and I could use some inspo for the latest and greatest. I think the way I present myself is a bit outdated and it needs to be better. Aka 2013 vs 2022. :( preferably brand side inspo. After going from big agency to in-house, I have the chance to move to a smaller in-house company to be the only creative and eventually begin to build my own team. Ideal situation or terrifying one?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). Hi I'm curious what's the average salary for a brand manager in NYC (CPG/Food industry) with 3 yrs of experience?

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.
