I am a 5 year experienced developer and am applying for position as a developer in bank. I have cleared the assignment, interview and soft skills. I next have an offer interview scheduled but it’s with the IT chapter lead and the Manager instead of the recruiter. That feels bit weird and I feel they would talk me on a low salary because I am “not so experienced”.
