I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Will TCS extend LWD or stop the relieving letter if I don’t complete KT to my replacement before my LWD?
I see there is no possibility to complete KT in 2-3 months. It took me 6+ months to be completely aquatinted with my project post KT.
