Amex plat. The lounge access is the best

like

Capital One Venture X. DM for referral if interested.
Great sign on referral promo right now, also get back $300 in statement credits for flights per year + $100 in points each year along with travel benefits like trip delay or cancellation protection, cell phone protection, price drop protection, luggage reimbursement, free lounge access, Hertz status, etc.
10x on hotels, 5x on flights, 2x on everything else $395 annual fee - get back $400 in statement credits and additional benefits each year

Amex Black. But you can’t sign up until they invite you.

Let me add. I care less about lounges and stuff like that but more about which card has the highest flights/ car/ hotel rewards and transactional savings. Thank you for the suggestion though, will look into those ones more :)

It’s difficult to answer this because it depends on which transfer partners you’re moving your points to once earned.. i would do a mix of chase sapphire preferred, venture x, and amex plat/gold. Just so it widens your choice for transfer partners. Take advantage of transfer bonuses too.

😅 any good ones with no annual fees?

Chase freedom flex card isn’t bad if you pair it with the CSP. 130k points for a $95 annual fee total and chase freedom is free for 30k welcome points. Can transfer points to CSP from freedom and to airlines

I live in NJ and have the United Club card. Have lounge access and build status much faster with United.

Capital One Venture and Amex Platinum are my top faves. I can say that Cap One has more perks than Amex Plat. But both are still great.

Hi fishes, need urgent advice. How is the HDFC Index Sensex Plan? I have invested 75K but it's in loss as all others. Should I continue to average it out or stop investing in it? The loss is higher in this compared to other funds.

I’m planning on getting my real estate license this spring! My biggest hesitation is that I currently live downtown Chicago and do not own a car. I really do not want to buy or lease a car as the area I live in requires a garage spot to park. Is it realistic to believe that I can be a real estate agent in Chicago if I rely on Uber/CTA?!

Celsius has been great (mainly for the amazing MATIC returns), but I think I will significantly reduce my holdings here.

Google "celsius badger dao"

My concern with this platform has always been how they're engaging in DeFi to make profits with customer funds. That's how they offer things like "no fees on withdrawals" and APY rates above the competition. MATIC is becoming to valuable to risk leaving on this platform.

Security wise though, I think they're great and have no concerns there.

Joining Google in a few weeks and assuming I will be moving to the Bay Area sometime this year. For people who have kids, what do you do about schools? Are schools even considered in the resale value of a house? Thoughts and insights appreciated!
