I was interviewed at EY UK on 7th Sep. It was quite smooth. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them though interviewer claimed SLA to get back with outcome of interview is 48 hours. On portal it still says I'm in hiring team phase. It was level 1 interview.
Should I take this delay as rejection?

50k you will live like a miser and 37 in India like a king.
If compensation is the only criteria, India hands down.
If you are looking for some diverse work/exposure in your career before finally settling down, wouldn’t hurt to venture to UK. You can spend first 3-4 yrs of your married life travelling all over Europe, you can’t put a price on that. Yes you’ll not save as much as you’d save in India, but you have atleast 2 decades of working infront of you, you’ll make plenty of money and can come back to India at anytime,
What’s the location in UK?
It totally depends on the location, in and around London - a big no!
Little northwards or Northern Ireland or Scotland - it’s a good offer.
However your Indian offer beats your UK offer for whatever location in India you’re living in. You can live a very good life with that salary even in the most expensive cities in India like Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi.
India. Without a doubt.
Me and my wife together are earning more than 50L here in India. We seldom save at all, but if we get an opportunity to move to UK we will take it. As the basic standard of life and want to travel Europe.
India ,based on ppp india is best, baki global Exposure bla bla iske liye bhar Janna pardega.
Depend on you and what you want in future
What is the work offer in India what is the future career path in India vs UK? Are you married with Kids? Your saving goals, Do You want to stay sort term in the UK or long-term?
Without context, any answer will make you more confused.
So if you are asking for an opinion then it is a good idea to provide more context so can someone who has experience share their thoughts.
My Bad.. Currently, am single and would getting married next year. And regarding work wise both are offering Lead Software Engineering role(Python). Am looking for long term and want to experience working in abroad countries like UK.
