Hi Fishes. I'm selected in Synechron for Presales role in Pune and want to know how is Synechron as a company.
I have read a lot of negative reviews where it was mentioned that it has a no bench policy and Synechron fires a lot of people.
My role is not a client based role, as I'll be working with Synechron Sales/ Busiess team only.

Is there anyone here who has worked with Synechron in the past or is working currently? Can you please let know whether I should Synechron or not ?

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.
