Money wise I’d say the $170k B4 role will get you farther. Harder to elaborate without knowing T2 city and catechism company.
Austin is a good city though. Wouldn’t call it T3

I think option 1 is better. Better pay and ERP will pigeonhole you. You can always find your way to a better corner of b4 at better pay.

Is that $50K RSUs per year? Is it number of units that is susceptible to price fluctuations?
I'm at a ~$10B tech company and our stock price dropped to almost half of what it was when I got my initial stock grant. But I'm fully remote and I wouldn't go back to the office for a $50K raise. But that's also because my hours are super chill.
Do you have a sense of what your will be in both roles?
They may say there's no remote option now, but I'd be surprised if that lasts another couple years. I think the genie's out of the bottle and any firm that wants to attract / retain talent will have to offer remote.

Oh, I missed the San Fran bit. This might be more of a location decision than anything else. If you want SF, go there, otherwise go remote.
Also, do you enjoy ERP consulting? What are you doing now? The B4 brand can increase later optionality, probably more than BSA at relatively unknown tech.
If you aren't really interested in SF or the tech company doesn't have really chill hours, I'd go B4. I don't like the B4 grind, but it's more manageable fully remote.
